Q. Where are you located?
A. Pete’s clinic is located within Go Vita Tanunda at 98 Murray Street, Tanunda, South Australia. The consultation room is located at the rear of the store.
Q. Do you consult online?
A. Yes. Online consultations are available via Zoom. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive connection details by email.
Q. When are consultations available?A.Consultations are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10:00am and 6:00pm.

Q. Tell me about the initial consult
A. Initial consultations run for approximately 75 minutes. This time is used to discuss your health goals, medical and family history, diet, lifestyle and current concerns.
Where appropriate, non-invasive assessments may be used as part of the consultation. These are not diagnostic and are considered alongside your case history and symptoms.

Q. How many consultations do I need?
A. The number of consultations varies depending on individual circumstances. As a general guide, people often attend 3 – 4 consultations over the first three months to allow for assessment, planning and review. Ongoing check-ins may be scheduled every 6 – 12 weeks if required.

Q. When is Payment due?
A. Payment is required prior to, or at the conclusion of, your consultation.
Q. What are the payment methods available?
A. Payment can be made via cash, credit card or debit card.
Q. Can I claim Private Health Rebates?
A. No. Naturopathy was removed from private health insurance rebates in Australia on 1 April 2019.
Q. What is included in the consultation fee?
A. The consultation fee includes your one-on-one appointment and time spent reviewing your health history, discussing findings and developing your care plan. It may also include time spent outside the appointment researching, preparing prescriptions or reviewing information where relevant.
Q. Are there any additional costs?
A. Additional costs may apply for prescribed products such as herbal medicines, nutritional supplements or homeopathic remedies. Any recommendations are discussed during your consultation.

A.Yes. Pete has over 30 years of clinical experience and holds advanced diplomas in natural science, nutrition and homeopathy, as well as formal naturopathic qualifications.
Q. Are the Naturopaths Registered?
A. Pete is a member of recognised professional associations within the natural health industry.

Q. Who has access to my information?
A. Your personal information, including case notes and treatment plans, is stored securely using third-party clinical systems. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
