Consultations and bookings
Consultations are available by appointment only, either in clinic or online.
Bookings can be made online via our booking system or by contacting Go Vita Tanunda directly. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure the consultation can commence as scheduled.
Initial consultations require completion of an intake form prior to your appointment. This information helps us prepare and make best use of your consultation time.
Online consultations
Online consultations are conducted via Zoom. Connection details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
Clients are responsible for ensuring:

access to the required technology

a private and appropriate environment for the consultation
If technical issues occur on the client’s end, this time forms part of the scheduled consultation. If technical issues occur on our end, we will endeavour to provide the full consultation time or arrange an alternative where appropriate.
Fees and payment
Payment is required prior to or at the conclusion of your consultation. We accept cash and EFTPOS.
Consultation fees are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing applies only during specified periods.
Cancellations and missed appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24 hours’ notice by phone or email.

Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged 100% of the consultation fee

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be charged 50% of the consultation fee, at our discretion
Repeated missed appointments may require pre-payment for future bookings.
If Peter Balogh is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.
Behaviour policy
Peter Balogh Naturopathic Clinic maintains a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour. If such behaviour occurs, the consultation may be terminated immediately and the full consultation fee will apply.
Products and refunds
Please choose products carefully. Refunds are not offered for change of mind on consultations, health programs, prescribed products, supplements or herbal medicines.
Refunds or replacements may be provided where products are faulty or not of acceptable quality in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Under the National Health Act and TGA guidelines, it is unlawful to re-dispense medicinal products that have already been supplied to another client.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Testimonials and outcomes
Any testimonials displayed reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee the same or similar outcomes for others. Results vary depending on individual circumstances.
Privacy
Peter Balogh Naturopathic Clinic complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Code of conduct
Practitioners operating outside of AHPRA are required to comply with a Code of Conduct. Peter Balogh Naturopathic Clinic adheres to the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC) Code of Conduct.

All content on this website, including text, images, branding and educational material, is the property of Peter Balogh Naturopathic Clinic and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peter Balogh Naturopathic Clinic is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from reliance on information provided on this website or during consultations, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
